1. Service Provided

CoolKatz offers subscription-based product design and full-stack development services. Work is performed by the CoolKatz founders and delivered digitally, no physical goods are shipped.

2. Accounts & Access

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when signing up. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials.

3. Subscription & Payments

• Service is billed on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled.
• Payment is processed securely through our payment partner (e.g. Paddle).
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or outlined in our Refund Policy.

4. Client Responsibilities

To deliver work efficiently, you agree to provide timely feedback, assets, and instructions. Delays in your responses may affect turnaround times.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive all rights to the final design and code deliverables created for you. CoolKatz retains the right to display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use our Service for unlawful purposes or to infringe on the intellectual property of others.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for misuse or non-payment.
